Show Dates and Hours
  • Artist Arrival and Set Up: Wednesday, November 5, from 4PM-6PM and Thursday, November 6, 1PM-3PM

  • Opening Night Party (21& up event): Thursday, November 6, 5:30 PM until 9PM

  • Designers Preview (21 & up event): Friday, November 7, 9AM until 12PM

  • Show and Cocktail Reception (21& up event): Friday, November 7, 6PM-9PM

  • Family Day: Saturday, November 8, from 10AM until 4PM

  • Takedown and Artist Departure: Saturday, November 8 from 4PM-6PM

Artist Selection
  • The Wolf River Arts Show is a fine art sale with a diversity of price points and mediums. Approximately 60 artists will be invited to participate.  
  • Artists are chosen by a designated selection committee, whose members have a variety of backgrounds including artists, educators, and parents. Artists are chosen at the discretion of the committee.
  • Artist appications must by accompanied by a short artist bio and 8 high resolution digital images of the artists' artwork to be used on our website and social media. Images submitted must be current and represent the quality, average price points and style of work the artist intends to exhibit. Pricing for each image submitted must be included. 
  • The Wolf River Arts Show exhibits fine art from the following categories: painting, sculpture, metal, jewelry, glass, fiber art, ceramics, mixed media, photography, and wood.
  • The Wolf River Arts Show may decline to accept and/or display work deemed inappropriate for the school environment.
  • Suggested inventory is 20 pieces per artist. We suggest that you show a wide range of size, subject matter, and price points.
Artist Benefits
  • Advertising and Marketing: We will heavily advertise the show through social media platforms, print and digital mailing lists, and through partnerships with arts focused organziations in the Memphis area. 
  • Artist Hospitality: Catered meals, beverages and snacks will be provided each day on a complimetary basis in our artist hospitality area. Friendly volunteers will be available to provide support and assistance throughout the show. 
  • Private security will be provided during the entirety of the event. Locked storage will be available for overflow inventory. 
  • Easy Check-Out System: The Wolf River Arts Show is responsible for all activites related to check out and payment. 
  • Prompt Payment: Within approximatley one month of the Wolf River Arts Show, each artist will receive a direct deposit, comprising 70% of his/her gross sales. A detailed report listing all items sold will be available. One month before the show, all accepted artists will be required to provide EFT information. Instructions will be provided closer to the show date.
Booth Information

Accepted artists will be given a designated display space, in either the hallways or Dining Commons of the Upper School Campus of St. George's Independent School.
Artists are allowed to bring rugs, standing print folders, chairs/stools, and assorted display accessories.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Application Fees are non refundable. If, after being accepted to the show you are unable to attend, please notify the Wolf River Arts Show Committee in a timely manner.

Rules & Regulations

  • All works exhibited must be for sale and must be original, designed and produced by the exhibiting artist.
  • Artist applications must be accompanied by a short artist bio (no more than 5 sentences) and (8) digital images of artwork to potentially be used on Wolf River Arts Show and/or St. George's Independent School's website, social media, and printed art show materials.
  • The (8) images submitted must be current, accurately represent the artist's work and be of the same quality, range of price points, consistency, and style that will be exhibited. 
  • Images should be high resolution (if needed refer to Zapplications Image Prepareation information, addressed via the help center).
  • No commercial reproductions, posters or promotional products are permitted. A small number of limited, high-quality reproductions may be allowed. 
  • Two weeks prior to the show, each exhibiting artist will be required to provide a list of inventory, brief desctiption of dimensions with item name, and price for each item that will be brought to the show from which the Wolf River Arts Show will generate barcoded price tags.
  • St. George's will designate a place for each artist to hang their work.
  • Artists must remain present with his/her artwork during the show, except in special circumstances.
  • St. George's reserves the right to refuse pieces and images that do not fit the quality of the show or deemed inappropriate for a school enviornment.

Artist Sales

Artists will receive 70% of the total price of each item sold via the Wolf River Arts Show. The remaining 30% will go directly to the Wolf River Arts Show benefiting the Fine Arts Collective at St. George's Independent School. Should any artwork be commissioned during the show or items sold/commissioned within 120 days following the Wolf River Arts Show, the Wolf River Arts Show is to receive 30% of the total price of the item.

Sales Tax Responsibility
